    Our conference begins promptly at 3pm, so please head to the Riviera ballroom 2:40-ish to make time for socializing and receiving your conference materials.

    Mayan Blessing

    The Mayan Blessing is a welcome and a good wish for the week that follows. It is a way to honor the customs and traditions of this region.

    We will join in communal thought led by a Mayan shaman. If your religion precludes you from joining in this activity, feel free to break off after our indoor session. And, we’ll see you at our Welcome Party!

    Following the blessing, you’ll have about an hour to head back to your room to freshen up, change, or take a disco nap, if you wish.

    We promise a fun, lively, and relaxed meal. This is not part of our Be Sage programming, and you should plan to split the bill with the group

    Shuttle to Rosewood

    Our Meeting of the Minds Breakfast begins at 8:30am with our discussion to start at 9:00am. We will begin to offer shuttles to Rosewood at 8:20am for the 10-minute ride. The last shuttle will run at 8:40am. Don’t be late or you’re on your own to huff it over there!!
