PLANNING YOUR WEEK
If you are in the United States, you will receive your Be Sage Conference book by February 19th. So sit tight!
If you are in Mexico or Canada, we didn’t want to risk it arriving after the conference, so we have your book. You can pick it up at Live Aqua front desk after Friday, February 23 at 10am.

If you’re in town a little early, Clay Imports - the gorgeous tile company - has invited us for a tour of their facilities, bites and refreshments.
Monday - February 26, 2024
OPTIONAL: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Sign up for a tour of the Belmond properties (and knock an item off your scavenger hunt list!)
Tours at 9am and 10am.

8:30 AM - Meeting of the Minds Breakfast
This breakfast is an annual tradition where we invite everyone to bring their challenges and work collectively on solutions. We ask conference participants to share their questions - about ANY TOPIC - in advance to guide our live discussion. Amber Anderson of Refine for Wedding Planners will be our breakfast host this year.

for our learning sessions is COME AS YOU ARE... dress in what is most suitable to your brand and what you feel in!
on MONDAY - we will go straight from the conference to the welcome event... so dress for a fun night out with friends
on WEDNESDAY evening is our CLOSING CELEBRATION: be dark and moody cocktail attire (you can use our conference branding as inspiration) - you'll have time to get ready after we close out our learning Wednesday afternoon

ILLNESS POLICY
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other illness exists in any public place where people are present. By attending Be Sage Conference, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to illness. If you feel vulnerable to COVID-19 or any other illnesses, we recommend that you wear a mask while indoors.
Please refer to the CDC COVID isolation and quarantine calculator if you have recently been infected or exposed.
If you are sick and unable to attend, we will be happy to reserve your registration for a 2025 or 2026 conference. Please notify us immediately so that we can release your seat to the 2024 waitlist.
